Introduction Tendon injuries to fingers are common. Combined flexor tendon injuries to the same finger are rare with limited studies in the literature. Case Presentation We present a case of a health 26 year old male presented with a rupture of his flexor digitorum profundus and flexor digitorum superficialis to his left little finger. Rupture was diagnosed on magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound. The patient was managed surgically and made a good recovery. Conclusion Tendon injuries to the hand usually occur due to trauma such as lacerations. Our case is of a true spontaneous rupture of both the flexor digitorum profundus and flexor digitorum superficialis tendon.en
