Abstract: Pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma are uncommon tumours in children. There are often resectable but need lifelong surveillance due to high rate of recurrence. We present a 9 yr. old presenting with hypertensive encaphalopathy. An obstructed right kidney was found. It was secondary to a ureteric paraganglioma. This was resected and a midureteric interposition with appendix was performed successfully. We review the literature and experience with this rare tumour.L20078919512021-03-04
