The etiology of such lesions is elusive, with a poorly understood malignant potential. One hypothesis is that they occur in areas of inflammation and trauma. The tumor occurred two years after this same patient had a Type I choledochal cyst excised with Roux-En-Y hepaticojejunostomy.L6123155522016-10-03 | DOI: | 10.1016/j.epsc.2016.08.006 | Resources: | https://www.embase.com/search/results?subaction=viewrecord&id=L612315552&from=exporthttp://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.epsc.2016.08.006 | | Keywords: | fatigue;female;gastrojejunostomy;hepatojejunostomy;histopathology;human;jaundice;microcytic anemia;obstructive jaundice;outcome assessment;pancreaticoduodenectomy;physical examination;plasma cell granuloma;preschool child;priority journal;tumor biopsy;tumor volume;vomiting;body weight loss;Roux Y anastomosis;anaplastic lymphoma kinasecrizotinib;cyclin D1;protein bcl 2;abdominal mass;anorexia;article;cancer chemotherapy;cancer diagnosis;cancer surgery;case report;child;common bile duct cyst;computer assisted tomography;echography;endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography | Type: | Article |
