Abstract: A 74-year-old woman with long standing cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma/Sezary Syndrome was referred to a private dermatology clinic for consideration of phototherapy after significant worsening of her condition. The patient lived a long distance from the clinic. The decision to treat her with intermittent courses of low-dose UVA1/Narrow Band UVB Therapy led to a dramatic improvement in her condition and quality of life. We reflect on how this may influence the treatment of similar patients into the future.
