The objectives are as follows:. To assess the benefits and harms of dose reduction or discontinuation of disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in children and young people with clinically inactive juvenile idiopathic arthritis. This is a common protocol for two separate reviews: one on systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis and one on non-systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis. A secondary objective is to keep the evidence current, using a living systematic review approach.L6368922412022-01-21 | DOI: | 10.1002/14651858.CD014961 | Resources: | https://www.embase.com/search/results?subaction=viewrecord&id=L636892241&from=exporthttp://dx.doi.org/10.1002/14651858.CD014961 | | Keywords: | disease modifying antirheumatic drug;systematic review;review;human;drug therapydrug withdrawal;systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis | Type: | Article |
